Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes, I have dedicated my practice to helping very young children and their parents build connections and overcome adversity. For children and teens grappling with trauma or facing challenges in mental health, including anxiety and depression, I am here to offer support. Additionally, I extend my expertise to adults navigating adversities such as career changes, parenting, divorce, or those simply striving to live to their greatest potential.
